Challenge Accepted: All-Time Favorite Movies & Music

Recently, my ole' Mississippian pal Sage, mother of triplets and the world-famous Nichols & Nonsense blog, issued a challenge to us & some of her other blogging buds to finalize our lists of favorite movies & music... you know, the kind of favorite movies that you must watch each time you come across them while channel surfing.  And, the kind of music that tops the list of 'most played' songs on your ipod's statistics, whether you admit it or not.

Well, we were up to the challenge and have finalized our own lists... Forgive the indulgent post and enjoy!

Note to Sage:  I am surprised by the omission of Jenny Says by Cowboy Mouth and Red, Red Wine from your music catalog.

Matt’s Movies:
  • Shawshank Redemption
  • The Fugitive
  • Caddyshack
  • Heat
  • The Godfather (I and II)
Meg's commentary:  I saw a few notable omissions: Varied RomComs (romantic comedies), Gladiator, Braveheart, and The Patriot

Meg's Movies:
  • Shawshank Redemption
  • Ferris Bueller's Day Off
  • Dumb & Dumber
  • A Knight's Tale
