The Official 12 Month Stats

We visited the doc today for Tripp's 12 month appointment, and have news to report on his stats.  He's in almost the exact same percentile as he was at 9 months, meaning he's growing steadily and at the appropriate rate.  Here are the official stats:

• Weight:  21 lbs, 6.4 oz (50th percentile)
• Height: 29 inches (50th percentile) 
• Head Circumference:  18 3/4 inches (85th percentile --- you know, for that big brain)

In related news... Wouldn't it be cool (or, on second thought, maybe just plain weird...) if docs continued this relative percentile reporting of height, weight, and head circumference through adulthood?  So at my annual physical, for example, they would tell me how I'm "growing" relative to other 30-something over-committed moms who work full time, leaving little (if any) remaining hours for hitting the treadmill, let alone blogging for her many (read: 3) inquiring fans?
