Well... just after the aforementioned 4 month check up with the doctor, mom's business trip to Charlotte, and Tripp's first overnight stay away from both of his parents in the safe hands of Terri "Shug" Ferguson, we made an encore appearance at the doctor on Wednesday to get ole' Tripp checked for his seal-esque barking on Tuesday night. Yep, you guessed it... he had
croup. So we got that treated (turns out there's not a ton they can do other than tell you to wait it out... well that, and steroids...) and it was (hesitantly) back to work and daycare today for us!
You'll also be happy to know that Tripp is (almost) back to his old self, save the snotty nose, sneezing, and congestion. This, too, shall pass, I suppose. We're taking it day by day.
